2.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.8% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
  • Emergency repairs or updates
  • Network or infrastructure issues
  • Force majeure events

2.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Acceptable uses include:

  • Monitor and manage your bandwidth consumption

4. Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate service termination:

  • Fraud, identity theft, or financial crimes
  • Hacking, unauthorized access, or computer crimes
  • Distribution of malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Terrorism, violence, or threats thereof

4.2 Harmful Activities

  • Spamming or unsolicited communications
  • Phishing or social engineering attacks
  • DDoS attacks or network disruption
  • Bypassing security measures or authentication systems
  • Scraping personal or sensitive information
  • Harassment, stalking, or invasion of privacy
  • Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations

4.3 Service Abuse

  • Reselling or redistributing our services without authorization
  • Sharing account credentials with third parties
  • Attempting to reverse engineer our services
  • Creating multiple accounts to bypass limitations
  • Using automated systems to abuse our services
  • Interfering with other users' access to services

⚠️ Zero Tolerance Policy: Any violation of prohibited uses will result in immediate account termination without refund. We actively monitor for abuse and cooperate with law enforcement when required.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Volume discounts apply automatically based on purchase amount
  • Custom enterprise pricing available for large volumes

5.2 Payment Methods

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • PayPal and other digital wallets
  • Cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT)
  • Wire transfers for enterprise accounts

5.3 Billing

  • Prepaid model - services activate upon payment confirmation
  • No hidden fees or setup charges
  • Bandwidth packages do not expire
  • Port rentals are for fixed 30-day periods
  • Automatic renewal available for subscription plans

5.4 Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Service unavailability exceeding our SLA commitments
  • Technical issues preventing service use (our fault)
  • Within 24 hours of purchase if no bandwidth used

No refunds for: Violations of Terms, account suspension, change of mind, or bandwidth already consumed.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

All content and materials available through our services, including but not limited to:

  • Software, code, and APIs
  • Trademarks, logos, and branding
  • Documentation and guides
  • Website content and design

are the property of PROXIES.SX or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include rights to:

  • Modify or create derivative works
  • Reverse engineer or decompile our services
  • Remove proprietary notices
  • Use our trademarks without permission

6.3 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using our services. By using our services, you grant us a license to use your content solely for providing and improving our services.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

7.1 Service Disclaimer

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

  • Using the account closure option in your dashboard

8.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Illegal or prohibited activities
  • Non-payment or payment disputes
  • Extended inactivity (12+ months)
  • At our sole discretion with 30 days notice

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your access to services will cease immediately
  • Unused bandwidth may be forfeited (case-by-case basis)
  • We may delete your account data after 90 days
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

9. Governing Law and Disputes

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PROXIES.SX operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:

  • If unsuccessful, binding arbitration under applicable rules
  • Arbitration shall be conducted in English
  • Each party bears its own costs unless otherwise determined

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PROXIES.SX regarding the use of our services.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
